Invoice Discounting Facility (IDF)
We discount invoice of contracts and LPO’s of reputable
organization which have been executed at competitive rate.
This facilitates immediate liquidity for the supplier to
carry on its business operation while we jointly pursue
payment at maturity.
Short Team Loan (Overdraft)
This facility gives manufacturer and small scale
entrepreneurs access to short term funds to finance their
stocks and receivables. The tenor ranges between 30 and 90
days
Trade Finance
This product is targeted at traders to enable them expand
their trading business. It is short term in nature between
30 -90days. Proceeds of sales are used to repay back the
loan.
Project Finance
Short term funding is provided to complete execution of
projects. This depends on the dynamics, it could be by
direct finance or through joint vestures/ partnership with
the company at terms that are competitive and flexible.
Share Purchase Loan
This is a specialization product targeted at Stock Market
Investors of shares quoted on The Nigeria Stock Exchange.
30% of the cost price is provided by the customer, the
company provided funding for the remaining balance, which
could be paid within a short period of time.
Equipment Leasing
Under this financing arrangement, funding is provided for
acquisition of Assets by interested parties. The borrower is
allowed to make use of the asset structured over a period of
time with minimum cash outlay of 30% contribution. It is a
consumer product targeted at private organizations and high
net worth individuals. The terms of the leasing are flexible
and industry competitive.
